Roshan Ahmadvand
ROSHAN
Roshan was born in Tehran, Iran. He has studied theatre at York University and Humber College, and has been privileged to extensively study with Soheil Parsa of the Modern Times Stage Company on productions of Macbeth (2005), Bloom in thy Spite (2006), Interrogation (2006), the Sheep and the Whale (2007). He joined Kadozuke Kollektif in 2009 where he has performed and taken part in the creation of Codex Nocturno, The Marriage of Figaro, and Dream Pandemic under the direction of Tatiana Jennings. Roshan is also apprentice director at the Prisoner of Tehran Collective, where he has had the opportunity to work with Maja Ardal, Fides Krucker, Kim Blackwell, and Marina Nemat.
